Gleneagles Golf Course’s Blackhawk Golf Course to be Closed in 2018
The Gleneagle Golf Course in Northglenn, Pennsylvania, will be closed for at least the next three years as part of the city’s redevelopment plans.
The $4.8 million renovation of the golf course was announced in November and is expected to be completed by the end of 2019.
The project will include upgrades to the clubhouse, a new clubhouse with upgraded facilities and a new clubhouse with upgraded amenities, according to a statement from the city.
The city will retain ownership of the club and the clubhouse and the city will continue to maintain control over the facility.
The club will also be managed by the City of Gleneensburg, according the statement.
The city also plans to provide a $4 million grant to the project’s developer to renovate the clubhouse.
A statement from Glene Eagles Golf Course said that the renovations will improve the facility’s capacity to accommodate up to 1,000 golfers.
The clubhouse will have more room for larger-size equipment, and a smaller-size clubhouse will be available for private use.
The facility will also include a new indoor playing area, a larger outdoor practice area and a gymnasium.
The Gleneates will also have a new golf course and a clubhouse.
The former clubhouse is being redeveloped for a new development that will include a hotel, office and residential buildings.
The City of Glenenagles announced in January that it would be taking a “federal grant” to make improvements to the facility and its surrounding area.
In addition to the renovations, the city plans to create new parking facilities, improve the drainage system and renovate its golf course.
The new developments will be on land owned by the city, according a statement.
