“The Edgewards reputation for the quality of its golf course facilities and facilities of its people make it the ideal location for the next generation of golfers to enjoy the wonderful game of golf and the enjoyment of the beautiful countryside of Ireland,” said Gerry Murray, chairman of the Irish Golf Federation, which is responsible for overseeing the development of Edgewill Golf Course.

The GlenOates has hosted the Irish Open, the Irish Ryder Cup and the European Tour for the past two years.
